What to Include in Your Message

To help us help you as quickly as possible, please include:

For questions about an article: the article title or topic, and the specific step, setting, or statement you are asking about.

For corrections: the article title, the information you believe is incorrect, and — if possible — what the correct information should be or where you verified it.

For story or topic requests: a short description of the topic you would like us to cover and the problem it would help readers solve.

Corrections and Feedback

We rely on readers to help us keep our guides accurate. If a step does not work on your device, a menu has moved, or a product no longer exists, tell us — we will verify the report and update the article. General feedback about the site is just as welcome, including what you would like to see more of.

Topic and Coverage Requests
